The following documents are required to be furnished at the time of admission.

• Date of Birth Certificate or any proof of date of birth.
• Result Card/Mark List of last examination.
• A copy of Adhar Card.
• Physical Fitness Certificate.
• Transfer/School Leaving Certificate.
• Migration certificate (if any).
• Two Passport size Photographs of Father and Mother.
• Two Passport size Photographs of the Student.
